Of no value?

This quote of the Dalai Lama is again something so true.
We are what we make of us, and no one else than we are making ourselves the way we are.
Sometimes I feel useless as well, but when I look at those moments, I realize that it is most of all because I sit down and feel so sorry for myself, my situation and so on.

Realizing how I come into a situation, why things are the way they are, gives me an insight view and understanding why. It is a very comfortable feeling to know that it is in my own hands, what I make of life.
