Only when your values are clear and you honor then, can you experience consistent self- confidence and self-esteem. Think about what is important to you.  Ask yourself,  "What do I value?" "To what do I aspire?" and even "What do I despise?" Honest answers to these questions make you secure, confident and strong. Do you live a life consistent with your values?
