It sounds like a contradiction, but it is true and works in all levels. If you play a game, if you interact with other people, the one who gives gets always so much in return

The one who is scary, afraid to loose, getting all and taking no risks, (s)he will end up his life with contineous being worried, and never satisfied in having enough.
