All those local administrations frustrate me big time.

The allowance is not sent yet. It seems there are no problems with the allooance, only that it is not sent YET-.

Time is running from me. Monday in a week I go to V. to get the main doc.  The admin there told me that I should bring all I have, what is not complete will be taken care for after it. A temporaririly doc will be created anyway.

I WANT MY DOC NOW!!!
