the ohh and aahhh and ommmm

I think we all know the days that we think 'meh', or that we love to ignore the alarm and hide under the blankets, until it is over.

Days that we feel weak, days that we are not happy,  when we think all is wrong.
It is normal, natural, and for all healthy, to be weak now and then, your body, your soul, screams for attention when it doesn't get enough.

Most people, at work, at social media, do show an attitude, in what they (want to) get attention.  A smile, a joke, always being positive, the best photos, the best of everything.  If you follow that people, they are everywhere around us, you see a contineous line from happiness, lucky moments, and all that jazz.

It looks like we are ashamed of being weak, now and then. It looks like no one dares to show his/her real emotions.
Recently, in a training, I saw someone crying.  That is.. there were some tears in the eyes.
Of course it was a touchy situation, I do not mind tears, I think they are a good expression, just as laughter.  If I cry, I cry fully.  Complete with a running nose, sounds and tears.  So many people do worry more about their make up, then about what is really going on in their soul.

I think it is important that we now and then show our weaknes. My own experience is, that at  the moment that you show that you are weak, when your emotions bubble up, that you open the people around you as well.  Many people say that they can not handle emotions. I think that that is wrong, we all can, we just need to trust, and not being afraid.  Not being afraid to show it, not being afraid to say, hey, I know what you feel, I have a shoulder, and an ear...
Showing the real you, the real emotions, gives others a possibility to open theirselves as well.

Tear off the mask, and dare to show people who you really are.  Your weakness will turn out to be your strength.  You will use your emotions, the way they are meant to be. To show the real you. To be who you are. Imperfect perfection.

Don't be afraid to show it, you will see that you are not alone!
